Well - it's perfect. I don't like Charlotte at all but I've been feeling curious about exploring her in fic, and I believe you did great hear. She sounded enough cold and detached for us to realize that she is not that cold or detached. It also had an interesting sense of loss and guilt. I really enjoyed it! Don't doubt yourself.
