Jul. 13th, 2006 12:47 pmIf you've ever lived in or around the DC area you know how hot it can get in July/August. And I'm not talking about the dry heat in Arizona. It's pure humidity here. Well yesterday my dad comes home, and glances at the thermostat. It's 80 degrees in the house for no reason. He checks to make sure the AC is working. It's not. It's leaking ammonia. It's broke. Long story short we have no air conditioning until at least Tuesday. This is just pure torture. Plus I'm stuck on the couch, because if I sleep in my room the ammonia fumes might sneak in and I might die. So just fabulous.
