My heavens, why couldn't the writers have just shown this instead of a fucking time jump? Because this is completely spectacular...in my mind, it's completely canon. I really disliked how they treated Alex in the premiere, but this pretty much makes up for it. Lovely characterization, as always...and I know you were concerned about this style, but I think it's superbly done. Love it.
(and I'll bet you can guess what line I picked up on and squealed at. ;) *is transparent*)
