Oh wow.. it really sucks taht things like that are going on :(
If this IS happening, he really should be fired.
I'm unsure about the whole "replacement" thing though. It's all too soap-ish for me.

Yeah, I agree. If he is acting like that then it's going to create an uncomfortable atmosphere for filming and that's never good. He kind of dug his own hole. You never would've guessed that there was a problem between T.R. and Isaiah by the relationship between Burke and George. They play that friendship off really well.

I'm not crazy about them having a replacement either. It seems like they're trying to make a direct copy of him. Too weird for me.
